VitalWear applies optical fiber sensing technology to non-invasive medical applications. VitalWear initially focuses on the improved risk assessment and the early detection of pressure ulcers.

VitalWear comes out of the HighTechXL venture building program at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

VitalWear uses optical fiber sensing technology from its technology partner PhotonFirst.

VitalWear is part of the startup ecosystem in North Brabant and is supported by a loan from the Brabant Startup Fund.

VitalWear is part of the PhotonDelta ecosystem and is supported by a loan from PhotonDelta.
